Sustainability is defined as “the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level” and at Green.Org we believe this extends beyond just a sustainable planet to our lives as individuals. In order for humans to be able to make changes to our lives that have an actual effect on the planet – making healthy lifestyle changes, voting, investing in sustainable companies, buying cleantech products, we need to first be able to manage our mental health, our physical health, our financial health, and our work health. We sat down with Mikael Karttunen, Brand Ambassador for Koskenkorva, to learn how he was about to find a sustainable work life balance.
