Passion Fit’s products, services and content include books, corporate wellness programs, transformational programs, monthly memberships, online courses, personal and professional development coaching and consulting, local and livestream fitness, yoga and dance classes, an online boutique of activewear and accessories, wellness retreats, workshops and speaking engagements, a YouTube channel of videos, a blog, newsletters, social media content and media appearances.
What would you do with $1 billion dollars?
If I had $1 billion dollars, I would donate to various health and wellness charities such as the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I would also save and invest some of that money, invest further into growing my company Passion Fit, and I’d help out any of my friends and family in need.
Why do you think sustainability is such an important topic today?
With climate change becoming more and more apparent every year, it’s important for global organizations and our society as whole to focus on sustainability to preserve our planet Earth. Whether that be economic, environmental or social, we as humans must do our part. My focus through my work is on human health and wellbeing through nutrition, movement, mindfulness, being in nature, stress management and more, and it’s impact on sustainability.
What do you envision your industry looking like in ten years?
I think my industry in health and wellness will continue to grow and evolve and become even more holistic in nature. Research continues to show the importance of and the connection between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I also feel artificial intelligence and other innovations in technology will have an even bigger impact in how we live, work, connect and manage our health and wellbeing. Finally, after the global pandemic we’ve experienced, I predict we’ll continue to focus on public health and disease prevention and management.
Reena, thank you for sitting down with Green Media News and sharing your passion for combining health and wellness with sustainability.
